Kesch hut

The area around the Keschhütte is an ideal place to learn the skills of mountaineering. Impressive mountains, extensive glaciers and an excellently situated hut as a starting point await us. In this course, we will work together on the techniques of alpine touring in a practical way, directly in the terrain and on varied tours. On the first few days, we repeat and consolidate the basics on shorter tours and discuss what is important when planning tours. We then apply what we have learnt on longer tours in the area, always adapted to the group and the conditions.

There is a special focus on being on the road in the women's rope team: we create a supportive framework in which trust, exchange and shared learning take centre stage. Personal topics such as self-confidence, decision-making and dealing with uncertainty are deliberately given space.

We spend the night at the Keschhütte, which serves as a cosy base during the course days and offers ideal opportunities for training and tours.
