If the minimum group size for an offer is not reached, the organiser is entitled to take the following actions.
- In the case of multi-day tours, the organiser has the right to cancel the offer up to 14 days before the start. However, the offer can still be carried out if a corresponding adjustment of the price is accepted.
- For day tours, the organiser has the right to cancel the offer up to 7 days before the start. However, the offer can still be carried out if a corresponding adjustment of the price is accepted.
There is no entitlement to the implementation of the offer at the respective advertised location. The guest acknowledges the right of the organiser to adapt the programme to the given circumstances for compelling reasons (weather, abilities of the participants, etc.). Any additional costs for travel and accommodation shall be borne by the participants.
The cancellation fees are:
- For multi-day tours:
  - Cancellation up to 31 days before the start of the offer 100.- cancellation fee
  - Cancellation from the 30th day until the 15th day before the start of the offer: 50% of the offer costs
  - Cancellation from the 14 day before the start of the offer, 100% of the offer cost.
- For day trips:
  - Cancellation up to 11 days before the start of the offer 100.- cancellation fee
  - Cancellation from the 10th day before the start of the offer, 100% of the offer cost.
- When travelling abroad
  - Cancellation up to 180 days before departure: CHF 1500.-
  - Cancellation up to 60 days before departure: 80 % of the tour price
  - Cancellation 59 to 0 days before departure: full tour price

Cancellation insurance is recommended. If a participant is unable to take part in an offer at short notice, the organiser will be forced to charge the above cancellation fees.
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
The participant agrees to the use of pictures taken during Bergschaft's offers for Bergschaft's marketing.
In addition, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Contract drawn up by the Swiss Mountain Guide Association.
