Federally Certified Coach Helen Meyer

Helen is our coach. Her passion is helping people and organisations to develop. As a coach, she supports people in exploring their own limits, gaining new experiences and, step by step, gaining more confidence in themselves.

As a mechanical engineer, she is working on ZURIGA’s latest espresso machine. With her Swiss Federal Diploma in Organisational Mentoring and CAS in Coaching, she has the necessary training to support you in a professional and solution-focused manner. Together with you, she’ll work out what gives you greater confidence and gently guide you to your limits. In this way, she enables you to push those limits yourself.

Helen knows what it feels like when height suddenly becomes an issue. She, too, is afraid of heights. Through plenty of practice and using the right techniques, she has learnt to cope with this feeling. These days, she feels (more) relaxed when walking along exposed paths and ridges. Helen loves nothing more than going on long, easy hikes. Being out and about for hours and the pleasant tiredness afterwards help her forget everything else. She’s particularly delighted when she can accompany you for a while on your journey and give you a new perspective on the mountains.
