Crossing the Galtig Towers on the Pilatus
A beautiful, imposing yet easy scrambling tour up the Pilatus with a view of Lake Lucerne!
The weather is perfect on Saturday and we want to get out on the rock and enjoy nature. We climb the Galtig Towers on the Pilatus in the 3rd and 4th levels of difficulty and enjoy the sun, the view of the white mountains and the blue Lake Lucerne. After the Galtigen Towers, we climb small paths to the summit of the Pilatus and take a leisurely train ride back down to the valley. The last tower of the Galtigen ridge has some beautiful climbing sections and the view of Lake Lucerne and the mountains in the background from the exit is magnificent!
