Outdoor rock climbing technique course | Technique, tactics and physical strength
We'll take you to the next climbing level! Expand your technical skills and climbing abilities with us.
A day packed with expertise, practice and personal development: This intensive outdoor course will give you the tools you need to refine your climbing technique and take your climbing to the next level.
Together, we analyse your movements and individually address your strengths and potential for improvement. The focus is on precise foot technique, consciously shifting your centre of gravity and tactical aspects such as route reading, efficient climbing and the optimal use of strength. Through targeted exercises, you will learn to move more fluidly, economically and with more self-confidence on the rock.
In addition to practical technical input, you will receive valuable tips on how you can continue to practise what you have learnt independently - for sustainable progress beyond the course day. This compact, intensive day is guaranteed to take you further: more control, more efficiency and even more flow and fun when climbing.
