The Bergschaft is an association of young, motivated Swiss mountain guides who have set themselves the goal of creating mountain experiences in harmony with the participants that bring joy and satisfaction to everyday life. We attach great importance to communal mountaineering in a rope team, which creates friendships.

Florian Bosshard is enthusiastic about the mountains and their possibilities. He loves climbing on aesthetic walls and ridges. Likewise, freeriding always puts a smile on his face. He loves to show you the swirling snow, the racy turns and the untouched nature.

Larissa lives in the Zurich Oberland and is our climbing specialist. She assists with the planning and organisation of climbing activities and is in the process of completing her climbing instructor training.

Julian Good (Kölliker)
Julian guides his guests into the mountains with a very empathetic and goal-orientated manner. He is enthusiastic about all mountain sports disciplines and feels equally at home on challenging and steep walls, alpine rock faces or on skis. The methodical and didactic "know-how" that Julian brings with him makes every course exciting and extremely instructive.

Marc Lüthi
Marc Lüthi is one of our Bernese mountain guides. People there affectionately call him "Märgu". With his rustic and down-to-earth manner, he guides our guests through the mountain world in an experienced and likeable way, has an open and communicative manner and uses his words in a targeted manner. His Bernese-German dialect simply suits him! In his free time he likes to go fishing. He loves the seclusion and the solitary hours of fly fishing in the wild nature. As a mountain guide, he guarantees an unforgettable experience. Here you can benefit from years of experience and learn a lot!

Rolf Bäbler
Rolf has his roots in Glarus, but he lives his enthusiasm for mountain sports and the people associated with them all over the world. His Glarus dialect is as authentic as his role as a mountain guide and climbing instructor. Rolf shares his wealth of experience with his guests and organises the activities methodically and didactically at the highest level. His laughter and joy at the moments he has experienced are infectious, and Rolf guarantees a great experience.

Reto grew up in Val Müstair, where he was practically born into skiing. With his cosmopolitan nature and a range of exciting hobbies that definitely arouse curiosity, he brings a breath of fresh air to every adventure. On the mountain, he provides you with targeted support to improve your skills and accompanies you through challenging situations with a great deal of empathy. Thanks to his height, he can effortlessly reach any tricky spot and masters even the most difficult passages with ease.
