Mountain guide Sven Hofstetter

Sven grew up in the Entlebuch Pre-Alps. The alpine faces drew him to Engelberg. Long ridge climbs and rock faces are just as much a part of his passion as skiing in remote areas.
He appreciates the diversity and natural beauty of the wild Alps.

The Ski & Sail trip in Norway was an unforgettable experience! The combination of ski tours in spectacular scenery and life on board a sailing boat was unique. With his expertise, professionalism and easy-going manner, our mountain guide Sven ensured that we always experienced safe and unforgettable tours.

New, breathtaking descents every day, magnificent fjord views and the special feeling of setting off directly from the boat into unspoilt nature - this trip had it all. A special thank you also to our fantastic crew Halvard and Ann-Helen. Their warm hospitality, excellent food and safe navigation through the Norwegian fjords rounded off the trip perfectly.
