Mountaineering coaching level 2 | Orny - Trient with mountain guide

• Possible tour itinerary:

  • Day 1: Arrival, getting to know each other, getting to the hut and climbing in the climbing garden
  • Day 2: Application tour Aig. d'Orny or Aig de la Cabanne, change of hut to Cab. du Trient
  • Day 3: Aig du Tour application tour
  • Day 4: Petit & Grande Fourche application tour

  On each tour, the current topic is dealt with and explored in greater depth. Depending on the knowledge and ability of the participants, the following topics are covered:

  • Learn to move quickly and safely, be it on rock, snow or ice
  • 3×3 planning
  • Different levels of rope handling
  • Abseiling techniques
  • Decision-making
  • Stand construction with mobile belay devices

• • Region: Orny - Trento
  • Meeting point: 11.57, Chamex Lac, valley station
  • Conclusion: approx. 15.00 at the same location
  • Overnight stay:

• • You have first experience on high tours.
  • You have first experience with ice axe and crampons.
  • You know the belaying technique from climbing indoors.
  • Condition for high altitude tours with around 1000hm ascent and descent at a comfortable pace (~300hm/h).

• • Takes place with 4 - 5 guests per mountain guide.
  • 2-3 rope teams.

  • Including planning and realisation with mountain guide and his travel expenses.
  • Including accommodation costs with half board.
  • Excluding travel expenses, possible train tickets, personal consumption.
