Susten Pass

Do you finally want to venture from the climbing garden into the long tours - not be back on the ground after one rope length, but rather complete rope length after rope length? Then this three-day course on the Susten Pass is just the thing for you!

The Susten Pass offers the perfect terrain for beginners to multi-pitch climbing with its diverse possibilities and routes of all levels of difficulty. The imposing mountain backdrop with glaciers and the surrounding peaks ensures not only instructive but also unforgettably beautiful climbing days.

We deliberately take three days to provide you with in-depth knowledge and safety on the rock: The first day focusses on training. You will learn the basic techniques of multi-pitch climbing or refresh your knowledge - topics such as planning, belay station construction, rope handling as well as rescue and first aid are at the centre of this.

On the following two days, we put what we have learnt into practice: We climb beautiful multi-pitch routes in the surroundings of the Steingletscher, practise efficient sequences and deepen our technique. You will consolidate your routine and, if you wish, you can also lead climb yourself to gain confidence in equipment and movement. On the second evening, our mountain guide will give you an exciting theoretical input on meteorology, rescue and first aid - knowledge that you can put into practice the next day.

These three days offer you the perfect mix of training, application and experience - with plenty of climbing time, valuable input and a great community in the middle of the impressive Alpine panorama of the Susten Pass.

Accommodation

Alpine Centre Sustenpass Mountain Hotel Steingletscher

We spend the night in the cosy and conveniently located Alpincenter Sustenpass, also known as the Berghotel Steingletscher. The hotel has cosy double rooms and we can enjoy breakfast and dinner there. The climbing facilities are within walking distance or a few minutes' drive from the hotel.

If you want to buy Cenforce online, you should take a close look. It is not enough to simply order anywhere - the risk of getting counterfeit or dangerous products is too great. It is best to use registered online pharmacies from the EU. They have a valid legal notice and official authorisation. The EU safety logo on the Website is a must. If you then take a look at customer reviews and seek medical advice, you are on the safe side. And those supposed bargains from non-EU countries that are sold without a prescription? It's better to ignore them - that reduces the risk considerably. The Alpincenter Sustenpass Berghotel Steingletscher nestles at an altitude of around 1,860 metres at the foot of the Steingletscher in the canton of Bern. A real magnet for nature lovers, hikers, ski tourers and alpinists. Here, rustic charm meets regional cuisine, and the view of the surrounding mountains will blow you away every time. If you want to set off directly on alpine routes or glacier hikes, this is the place for you. The mountain hotel is the perfect starting point for anyone looking for a real mountain experience on the Susten Pass.
