Basic rock climbing course | Introduction to the climbing garden with a mountain guide
Learn sport climbing with us and be inspired! In just one day, we will teach you the skills you need to climb independently and safely in a climbing garden.
We will teach you rock climbing from A to Z in one day. Learn how to tie in correctly, how to use quickdraws, how to properly secure your climbing partner while climbing and also practise various rope manoeuvres such as "redirecting and threading". This intensive course provides you with the necessary basic knowledge so that you can then deepen and practise this independently or in another course with us.
