Dolomites

Together we are travelling to a very special mountain range: the Dolomites. Known for their impressive landscape, rugged towers and steep walls rise directly out of green meadows and forests - interspersed with couloirs, ridges and striking rock formations. Despite the steepness, the classic routes in grade IV are surprisingly pleasant to climb - grippy, logical and full of climbing fun. During these days, we climb varied alpine multi-pitch routes, where the descent is often an adventure too: with abseiling passages, terrain orientation and personal responsibility. This is precisely why the Dolomites are perfect for sustainable trad and leadership training: in a protected environment, you take on responsibility, make decisions and lead your rope team - accompanied by experienced mountain guides.
We coach you individually and directly on the rock. An intensive learning experience in one of the most impressive climbing areas in Europe.

  • Procedure and meeting place

We offer you the opportunity to enjoy guided tours, learn a lot and gain your own valuable experience.
With our modern leadership style, we impart practical knowledge and create a safe environment in which you can apply it directly. Together we climb breathtaking multi-pitch routes - as a real rope team.
Wherever it suits you, you can take the lead, lead the way and make decisions yourself. When you want to lean back, we'll take over again - flexibly, at your own pace.
In the evening, we reflect together on what we have experienced and learnt. Feedback is a central part of the development process for us: honest, constructive and at eye level. We use the new insights to plan the next tour together, customised to your goals, your level and your wishes.
This week is no ordinary climbing trip. If you want to, you'll go home with a real wealth of experience and a noticeable step forward in your climbing development.

That's what our guests say:

  • Katarina Giger

The Bergschaft has given me two of my best holidays ever. Ski touring in the Lofoten Islands in Norway and a week of trad climbing in the Dolomites. I have also taken part in weekend climbing trips with my family, ice climbing and splitboarding trips. Every time I finish a trip I book another one because the offers are great, I love the energy and it's always so much fun. I can only recommend Bergschaft and their guides. It's hard to describe - you just have to try it!
  • Reto Strassmann

We spent a wonderful week climbing in the Dolomites with Bergschaft. I can highly recommend Bergschaft.
