Freetouring Davos | Pure downhill fun with a mountain guide
Discover the fascinating freeride mecca of Davos. With varied descents and versatile terrain, it is the perfect place for unforgettable freeride fun!
In the midst of six ski areas lies the freeride mecca of Davos. Thanks to the most modern mountain railway infrastructure, we can easily get to the high-altitude starting points. Exciting and long descents are the focus of the four days. The terrain is super varied and offers lots of fun. From safe routes to challenging descents in high alpine terrain, we have plenty of opportunities to make the most of the weather and snow conditions.
Our ski touring equipment including skins must not be missing. This makes short ascents to the absolute dream terrain child's play. The mountains around Davos are perfect for this. We can even use the public transport in the valley to combine several variant descents in one day and make our adventure even more varied. A mega-cool freeride experience awaits us, taking us into a fantastic and breathtaking mountain world.
The tour days can be booked as a weekend excursion or as a 3-day tour.
Venue & meeting point
The exact meeting point will be communicated in the week before the offer, the prevailing conditions will have an influence on this. The meeting point will be accessible by public transport.

Requirements
- Safe downhill technique in open terrain and in different types of snow.
- You enjoy skiing and are good at it too 😉
- Mastering the ski touring technique (skins, hairpin turns).
- Experience in steep passages on the ascent and descent.
- Condition for ski tours with around 600hm at a normal pace (~300-350hm/h).
- Condition for 2000m of descent in different types of snow.
Group size
- Takes place with up to 6 guests per mountain guide.
Price and services
- 590 CHF three days
- 400 CHF two days
- Three full days including planning and implementation with mountain guide
- Excluding travel expenses, train tickets, personal consumption.
- Excluding accommodation costs, approx. 80.- CHF per night with half board.

Bergschaft tours and courses are conducted in German as standard. However, our mountain guides speak good English, as do many of the participants. If you speak English, you are of course very welcome. Depending on the tour, it may be worth asking us in advance whether the guide and the group are comfortable speaking English.
