Galenstock

The Galenstock is one of the most striking granite peaks in the Uri Alps. The SE spur offers a varied alpine climbing route with solid rock, exposed passages and impressive high mountain scenery. This two-day tour combines a preparatory tour to the Chli Bielenhorn with an ascent of the Galenstock. On the first day, we brush up on important techniques and move over the Schildkrötligrat to Chli Bielenhorn in alpine terrain. On the second day, the varied traverse of the SE Spur on the Galenstock follows. The tour is ideal for mountaineers with some alpine touring experience who want to brush up on their ridge and rope techniques and at the same time experience one of the most beautiful climbing routes in the region.
