Cevedale
Sulden

Monte Cevedale is a perfect ski touring mountain for spring! Large glaciers spread out on all sides, and thanks to the cable cars in Sulden, this high mountain range around the most famous mountains in South Tyrol, the Königsspitze and the Ortler, is easily accessible. Our destination is the idyllically situated Branca hut, a wonderful starting point for solitary, magnificent ski tours. In winter, this hut is less frequented, as most ski tourers climb the Cevedale from the Marteller hut. Our variant is a varied circular tour via the Rifugio Pizzini to the Branca hut. A route with spectacular views and impressive landscapes. The couple at the Branca hut are incredibly welcoming, and it is here that we spend a few nights to really immerse ourselves in nature and enjoy the wonderful ski tours right on the doorstep.

We choose the best peaks according to the conditions and enjoy the ascent, look for great descents in the sulz and recharge our batteries in the lonely and remote mountain world! Depending on the tour, there are short sections where we carry our skis, but always only for a short time. During these days we can also climb Monte Cevedale if the weather is better here!
