The Preda-Bergün area is particularly famous for the longest floodlit toboggan run in Europe. Less well-known, but all the more attractive, are the ski tours in this idyllic winter landscape. Off the beaten track, we discover rewarding and somewhat more challenging ascents and descents in the midst of the snow-covered mountains of Graubünden. We spend the night in a hotel steeped in history and enjoy peace, pleasure and conviviality. And for the brave among us: of course we won't miss out on a speedy ride on the winding toboggan run.
Procedure and meeting place
We meet at Bergün railway station in the morning, get to know each other and go on our first ski tour together.
We go on rewarding ski tours in the Preda - Bergün area every day. We grow together as a group and enjoy delicious meals in the hotel. As a highlight in addition to the tours, we also spend an evening on the toboggan run.
Possible tour destinations could be:

On Sunday, after a final tour, we say goodbye to each other and travel home individually.
Requirements
- Mastering the ski touring technique with its basics (skins, hairpin turns).
- Safe downhill technique in open terrain and in different types of snow.
- Condition for ski tours with around 1000hm at a comfortable pace (~300hm/h).
- Condition for 1000m of descent in different types of snow.
- Splitboarders are welcome, provided they are experienced.
Price and services
- CHF 1290.-
- Small group with 4 - 6 guests per mountain guide.
- Including planning and realisation with mountain guide and his travel expenses.
- Including hotel accommodation with half board
- Excluding travel expenses, possible train tickets, personal consumption.
Material and equipment
- We have for you a detailed packing list with packing tips compiled.
- For this tour you need the following material from this PDF. We carry our equipment with us all the time. Pack only what is necessary.
Bergschaft tours and courses are conducted in German as standard. However, our mountain guides speak good English, as do many of the participants. If you speak English, you are of course very welcome. Depending on the tour, it may be worth asking us in advance whether the guide and the group are comfortable speaking English.
