Italy - Valle Maira, Piedmont

We benefit from the local knowledge of the mountain guide at our accommodation and discover new routes and hidden ascents every day. Sometimes enjoyable, sometimes sporty and always rewarding. Thanks to the southern location, we enjoy plenty of sunshine, fantastic powder slopes and views down to the sea. Our base is the Locanda Mistral, a cosy, family-run accommodation with plenty of charm. Here we enjoy home-made Piedmontese cuisine, delicious primi and secondi, excellent coffee and a glass of wine at the end of a successful day's touring. These days are ideal for anyone who wants to get off the beaten track, enjoy peace and quiet, savour nature and experience authentic Italy. With skis on your feet and a smile on your face.
