View of the Tödi

The Glarnerland offers perfect ski touring conditions at the beginning of April and we use these conditions to get to know the Glarus high mountains better. We prepare for the ascent of the Tödi. In the days leading up to this, we do some great tours on the Clariden and the Schärhorn. On these tours, the mountain guide will show you what to look out for and give you valuable tips and tricks. From the well-maintained Clariden hut, we cross the Clariden and Hüfifirn and enjoy the brilliant location of the Planura hut with its unique evening atmosphere. On the lonely Hüfifirn we enjoy the tour to the Schärhorn and cross the imposing north side of the Tödi to the rustic Fridolinshütte. There we start the crowning finale on the Tödi. The Tödi is not only a prominent viewing summit, but also offers some brilliant downhill options. If conditions permit, we will head into the secluded Val Gliems, where some exciting passages await us.
