Mountain guide Rahel Schönauer

Rahel is very experienced and has already undertaken several wild tours in the mountains and around the world. She loves the freedom and the relaxed atmosphere in the mountains. Every now and then Rahel works in the climbing centre in Chur.

I can’t recommend this course highly enough. You learn about various knots, abseiling, rope handling, walking with crampons, route planning and much, much more. The highlight was the final hike up Piz Kesch, where we were able to put what we’d learnt into practice straight away.
