Mountain guide Simon König
Simon is probably the guy in the team who has the most fire for climbing. He leads guests through almost every crux, even on steep and challenging rock faces. His calm personality, his wealth of experience in different areas of life and his cosmopolitan nature are attributes that perfectly suit Bergschaft.

From the tour registration to the realisation of the tour, I was particularly struck by Jonas' friendly professionalism. With Jonas and Simon, the group was travelling with two very well-trained, strong and likeable mountain guides in a wild and steep mountain range. It was simply brilliant. Thanks to the good conditions, we were able to do the Tour de la Meije and explore other parts of the Dauphiné. The very varied terrain offered many a technical treat. Unfortunately, the time passed far too quickly. I took a lot away with me and will therefore treasure this experience forever. Thank you for that.

I have attended everything from avalanche theory and deep snow technique courses to beginner touring courses at bergschaft. The courses were always well organised and the mountain guides imparted knowledge combined with fun. My first ski tour with bergschaft was simply breathtaking ????Simon (König), our mountain guide, taught the theory in combination with the practical application very easily. It was the perfect opportunity for me to get to grips with touring and I always felt at ease. I am so enthusiastic about this experience that it will definitely not be my last ski tour!
