Tödi in the morning mood

The Glarus region offers perfect ski touring conditions at the beginning of April. So we use the Easter days to get to know the Glarus high mountains better. We prepare for the ascent of the Tödi. In the days before, we will do some great tours on the Clariden and the Schärhorn. On these tours, the mountain guide shows you what to look out for and gives you valuable tips and tricks. From the well-managed Clariden hut we cross the Clariden and the Hüfifirn and enjoy the brilliant location of the Planura hut with its evening atmosphere. On the lonely Hüfifirn we enjoy the tour to the Schärhorn and cross the imposing north side of the Tödi to the rustic Fridolinshütte. There we start for the crowning finale on the Tödi. The Tödi is not only a prominent panoramic peak, but also offers some brilliant downhill options. If conditions permit, we head into the lonely Val Gliems, where some exciting passages await us.
