Crossing from the Elm ski area
Exciting round tour in the Elm hinterland!
It has once again snowed all the way down to Elm and so we set off on a great tour from the Elm ski area. Sunny ascents and beautiful descents await us. The terrain is great and we can enjoy the beautiful snow this week. After so much downhill skiing, we don't mind carrying our skis for the last few metres into the valley. The Elm cable cars carry us up and so we can start our ski tour at over 2000 metres (tour ticket 21.-). We undertake an exciting traverse around the Bliistock with beautiful descents and a few cool passages. In about two ascents we cross the hinterland of Elm to finally descend into the valley. A taxi picks us up here and takes us back home, full of joy.

Requirements
- Mastering the ski touring technique with its basics (skins, hairpin turns).
- Safe downhill technique in open terrain and in different types of snow.
- Condition for ski tours with around 800hm at a comfortable pace (~300hm/h).
- Condition for 1600m of descent in different types of snow.
- Splitboarders are welcome, provided they are experienced.
Group size
- Takes place with up to 6 guests per mountain guide.

- CHF 215.-
- Including planning and realisation with mountain guide and his travel expenses.
- Excluding travel expenses, possible train tickets, personal consumption.

- For this tour you need the following material from this PDF. We carry our equipment with us all the time. Pack only what is necessary.
Bergschaft tours and courses are conducted in German as standard. However, our mountain guides speak good English, as do many of the participants. If you speak English, you are of course very welcome. Depending on the tour, it may be worth asking us in advance whether the guide and the group are comfortable speaking English.
