Wildhorn - Bernese Alps

The Wildhorn is an absolute classic among the ski touring mountains of western Switzerland: gently rising glaciers, wide descents and a panorama that stretches from Mont Blanc to the Bernese Alps. This weekend is perfect for anyone who wants to expand their ski touring experience in the high mountains and at the same time enjoy an impressive ski touring atmosphere.

The Wildhorn hut serves as our access point, cosy, well catered and right at the gateway to the glacier. From there, we climb to the summit on the second day via the Glacier du Ténéhet at a steady, leisurely pace. The view from the Wildhorn is magnificent and the long descent back to the hut and further down into the valley guarantees pure enjoyment.
