Central Switzerland - Brisenhaus SAC

The Brisenhaus SAC above Niederrickenbach is an ideal base camp for a varied ski touring weekend. Surrounded by gentle pre-Alpine peaks, wide slopes and panoramic ridges, you will find perfect conditions for enjoyable tours at every level of ability. Without a long journey, we immerse ourselves in a peaceful winter landscape, experience two intensive days in the backcountry and at the same time hone our technique and safety.
After travelling together, we ascend from Niederrickenbach to the Brisenhaus. On the ascent, we gain our first metres in altitude and get in the mood for the weekend. In the evening, we enjoy a delicious hut meal, a cosy atmosphere and plan the tour for the next day together. On the second day, we start directly from the hut terrace into the touring terrain. Depending on the conditions, there are various peaks to choose from. The region offers easy, wide slopes for leisurely descents as well as more sporty options for the more ambitious. We use what the conditions give us and get the best out of the conditions together.
