Climbing tour Conquest of Paradise I Hannibal Tower Furka
Pleasure climbing in granite with a special summit experience. The Conquest of Paradise route is one of the most beautiful multi-pitch tours in the Furka Pass area.

Endurance
The striking Hannibal Tower on the Furka Pass impresses with its elegant shape and delights us with its outstanding rock quality. On the Conquest of Paradise route, you can expect 6 varied pitches in the best granite - slabs, cracks and grippy structures that promise pure climbing enjoyment. The tour is well secured with bolts and is therefore ideal for enjoyable multi-pitch climbing in alpine surroundings.
After a short approach, we reach the start and climb rope length by rope length over compact slabs and elegant structures. Along the way, we repeatedly enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the Rhone Glacier. The descent is via the abseil piste back to the start.
In addition to the climbing, the summit experience also makes you smile: climbers have installed a bus stop up here, which is an amusing side highlight after this successful tour.
Procedure and meeting place
We meet at the Furka Pass. Sidelenbach car park. Individual journey. Public transport arrival 9 am Sidelenbach.
Together we climb for about 1.5 hours to the start of our tour. Afterwards, we enjoy a sensational tour via the Conquest of Paradise route.
Our day ends back at the Sidelenbach car park with many new impressions. Individual return journey.
Requirements
- Climbing experience in second climbing up to 5b
- Experience in multi-pitch climbing and climbing gardens

Price and services
- CHF 490.-
- Rope team with 2 guests per mountain guide.
- Including planning and realisation with mountain guide and his travel expenses.
- Excluding travel expenses, possible train tickets, personal consumption.

- We have for you a detailed packing list with packing tips compiled.
- For this tour you need the following material from this PDF. We carry our equipment with us all the time. Pack only what is necessary.
Bergschaft tours and courses are conducted in German as standard. However, our mountain guides speak good English, as do many of the participants. If you speak English, you are of course very welcome. Depending on the tour, it may be worth asking us in advance whether the guide and the group are comfortable speaking English.
