Salbithut
The Salbit Hut is spectacularly perched above the Göschenertal valley and offers magnificent views of the striking granite towers surrounding it, a true paradise for alpine climbers. Nestled in a rugged, impressive granite landscape, it is the perfect starting point for climbing the legendary Salbit South Ridge, one of the most beautiful ridge climbs in Switzerland. The hut itself is known for its cosy atmosphere, warm hospitality and the best cakes. After the ascent, you can enjoy the evening atmosphere on the sun terrace and get in the right frame of mind for the upcoming tour. The nearby start, the impressive backdrop and the feeling of standing in the heart of the Uri granite make the Salbit Hut the ideal base camp for this great climbing tour.
