    9 a.m. Weissfluhjoch cable car

    We meet in the morning at the valley station of the Weissfluhjoch cable car.

  • Day 1 - Ascent and descent to the Casanna ski lodge

    300 Hm

    1600 metres altitude

    3 - 4 h

    Together we take the cable car up to the Weissfluhjoch. Conditions permitting, we ski directly from the Weissfluhjoch summit down a fantastic north-facing line towards the Casanna ski lodge. We ski up to the valley floor and reach our accommodation a short time later.

  • Day 2 - Crossing and descent Küblis or Fideris

    500 Hm

    1800 metres altitude

    4- 5 h

    A short ascent awaits us in the morning to reach a new, unspoilt descent variant and the other side of the valley. We enjoy a long north-facing descent through varied terrain. After a small counter-climb, the final descent to Fideris or Küblis begins. This is where our eventful 2-day ski crossing ends.

  • Conclusion

    approx. 3 pm Küblis or Fideris

    We finish the tour together near a railway or bus station.

• Requirements

  • Mastering the ski touring technique with its basics (skins, hairpin turns).
  • Safe downhill technique in open terrain and in different types of snow.
  • Stamina for ski tours of around 800 - 1000 metres at a leisurely pace (~300m/h).
  • Splitboarders are welcome.
