Schreckhorn Hut
The Schreckhorn Hut is situated at 2,530 metres above sea level in a spectacular location above the Obers Ischmeer glacier, on the edge of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Jungfrau-Aletsch. As the approach itself is one of the most challenging hut trails, visitors can enjoy the peace and quiet here, far removed from mass tourism, and are visited by ibex almost every day. The atmosphere in the rustic Schreckhornhütte is personal and cosy.
